Simply scroll down to the Online Marriage License Application section and click on the Apply for Marriage License Now link and fill out the form with your information (make sure to select the correct County at the top of the first page of the form).  The County you select will be the County that will be processing your marriage license.

Once the payment is processed the Court will be notified and after the three day waiting period you will receive an encrypted email from us with your Marriage License you may then get married at any time within the next 6 months.  If you do not have a way to print the license when we email it back to you please respond to the email you received and we will mail your License to you instead.  Once the ceremony is completed and your witnesses have signed (two witnesses over 18 years of age) either you or your officiant can mail the License back to the Court at PO Box 472, Winfield KS 67156 or PO Box 1152, Arkansas City KS 67005 so that the Clerks can enter your marriage into the States system.  Please give us a week to receive the license and enter it if you choose to mail the license to one of our locations, before contacting Vital Statistics at the below link to get a Certified copy of your Marriage License.  You may also choose to scan the license in and send it via encrypted email, if you use this method to return the license to us then please give us 24 to 48 hours to process the paperwork before contacting Vital Statistics.

If you are needing a Certified Copy of your Marriage License please click on the link below and follow the instructions on the page.
