What we do:

The Real Estate Unit maintains current records of real property in Cowley County. Individual parcels of real estate are kept current by updating ownership, address, legal description and special assessments.

Intangible Tax Forms are filed in our office for tax statements to be sent out in November each year.

Budgets from each entity in Cowley County are collected and used to set levies. Taxes are certified November 1st to the County Treasurer who then mails out tax statements.
