Kerri Falletti grew up in Enterprise, KS, graduated from Chapman High School, and is a graduate of Friends University. She began working at Cowley County Economic Development in March 2004 as Administrative Assistant. She attended specific training courses through Oklahoma University’s Economic Development Institutive and in 2009 received her Certified Economic Developer designation through the International Economic Development Council. In 2009, she worked as a Business Consultant for Kansas Small Business Development Center for nine months and was instrumental in the startup of the Cowley County KSBDC Center before returning to Cowley County Economic Development as Director. Kerri actively participates in many regional organizations and works diligently to promote Cowley County’s vision, growth, and development. She also assists local businesses and industries with various requests, including projects, business development assistance, identifying incentives for training or business needs, and recruitment with locating in Cowley County.
Deb Firebaugh was raised in rural Atlanta, KS and graduated from Central of Burden High School and Cowley County Community College. She is a Certified Municipal Clerk and is working towards her Certified Economic Development designation. Being a country girl, Deb has enjoyed her various employment positions in the county including City Clerk for the City of Atlanta and City Clerk for the City of Parkerfield. She also has a special fondness for her many years working at the Little Hooker Cafe up until its 2011 closing. Her experience in the rural sector lends her a unique perspective of economic development in Cowley County which led to her employment with Cowley First in 2011.
